The Indianapolis Children’s Choir is thrilled to present its 2023-2024 concert season, A World Showcase. This season promises to transport audiences on a musical journey around the globe, celebrating the rich diversity of cultures through captivating choral performances. Pack your bags for a fun tour across these lands and cultures and travel along with us as singers share songs that transport our senses to Asia and the Pacific Islands, to Europe, across the USA, to Africa and the Middle East, and to Central and South America.

Our talented young singers will showcase their artistry and immerse listeners in the vibrant tapestry of global music. Join us for an unforgettable season of harmony, unity, and the transformative power of choral music from around the world.

As with any trip, you must return home at the end, and this Concert Season of exploration will lead us to celebrating the ICC’s new home at 9111 Allisonville Road. For the first time in the ICC’s history, we will have a home to call our very own.

We look forward to embarking on this expedition of music and new beginnings with you!

All aboard – join us as we embark on a captivating musical journey through the heartland of America! Singers will take you on a melodic exploration of diverse genres and styles that define our nation’s cultural heritage. The journey begins in our Indianapolis home, then we will make a pit-stop in the bustling Broadway district of NYC, hop aboard a jazz-filled river cruise down to New Orleans, and ride the rails to the Great Plains to take in traditional Native American sounds. This concert will showcase the incredible depth and diversity of American musical traditions. Just as railways, rivers, byways, and highways physically connect the people of the US, song connects us in spirit and soul as we come together at the crossroads of harmony and diversity as we celebrate the soul of America.
