Volunteer Coordinator
Part-Time (10 hours a week)

The Volunteer Coordinator’s primary responsibilities are to identify and track volunteer engagement while promoting volunteerism for the benefit of the ICC.

Essential Duties:

  • Recruit volunteers.
  • Promote volunteerism.
  • By partnering with staff, identify volunteer opportunities within the organization.
  • Create volunteer application and application review process.
  • Conduct volunteer screening interviews.
  • Establish orientation, training and background check standards for volunteer positions.
  • Track volunteers, their interests and availability.
  • Conduct outreach initiatives to expand volunteerism
  • Prepare status reports as specified by the Director of Marketing and Alumni Relations.

Additional Duties:

  • Attend Staff Meetings.
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills required.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Professional demeanor, team oriented, positive and engaging attitude.
  • Highly self-motivated, self-directed, and attentive to detail.

Production Manager
Full-Time (40 Hours), Exempt

The ICC seeks candidates with strong communication, organization, and administrative skills for its production manager position. The production manager will be responsible for the operational communications and staffing of all ICC concerts and events.

Position Duties:

  • Booking and coordinating concerts (staff performances, perform site visits, arrange concert logistics, hire equipment movers).
  • Administrative duties for annual Butler University Nutcracker performances.
  • Office operations (Copier maintenance, office supplies, secondary switchboard, general office support).
  • Choir activities (Schedule rooms for rehearsals, coordinate retreats).
  • Singer uniform distribution.
  • Choir communications (coordinate weekly newsletter for singers and families, maintain event calendars).

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and online communication and calendar solutions.
  • Schedule flexibility required. Must be able to staff evening/weekend performances.
