Season Program Book Advertisements – This is the #1 Fundraising Opportunity 

Each year the ICC produces a program book which is distributed at concerts throughout the season. The book contains information about the ICC, photographs of ICC activities and events, choir rosters, a staff and Board directories, sponsors and contributors, and other interesting items. Advertisements for this book can be sold by ICC singers each Summer/Fall, which then become a part of the program book for the current performance season. For each ad sold, the singer receives 50% of the profit for their tour account. Ads range in size from a simple business name listing for $100 to a full page ad for $1000. And there is a bonus: singers who sell $750 or more of ads will receive 60% of the profits. This means that selling one full page ad at $1000 will put $600 in your tour account. Any combination of ads exceeding $750 qualifies that singer to receive 60% profit.

The advertising sales packet including instructions, mechanical requirements and the advertiser contract can be obtained in the ICC office or downloaded from this website.

Dear Parents,

We are pleased to once again partner with DiscoverINDY for the opportunity to sell their popular Savings Books. These books are loaded with coupons, two-for-ones, buy-one-get-one-free deals, and even mobile coupons ($20 value included for FREE with purchase from ICC). Each book is sold for $25, and your singer receives $8 per book for their tour account.

An inventory of Savings Books will be kept in the ICC office, and you or your singer may come to the ICC front desk and purchase as many books as you wish. The books can then be taken with you to sell to family and friends. Payment for Savings Books can be by cash or check (payable to the Indianapolis Children’s Choir).

After using a coupon or two, the DiscoverINDY book pays for itself.  And you will enjoy $20 in savings at Kroger alone!

 Sales begin immediately and conclude October 25th or until inventory runs out.

Bring your cash or check(s) to the ICC office and purchase the number of books you wish to sell.  ($25 per book)

Sell the books for $25 each and recoup the money you paid for the books.

For each book sold, ICC deposits $8 directly into your tour account.

Update about Kroger Scrip

We have been notified by Kroger that effective 1/1/2015, procedures for local fundraising will be changed. Gift cards will no longer be sold for fundraising purposes. Additionally, cards already purchased cannot be reloaded. The Kroger Plus Card can be electronically linked to ICC (as an entity) for rewards, but the new policy prohibits us from crediting individual tour accounts.
