Regional Retreat this Saturday

Remember that Saturday, October 10 will be the Regional Retreat at Butler University from 8:45am am to 12:00 pm. Click here for the event page containing call times, dismissal times, and the time for the parent meeting!

Parent Meeting

There will be a parent meeting held from 11:30 am to 12:00 pm during the Regional Retreat for any parents who missed the parent meeting held at their choir’s rehearsal location over the past several weeks. This meeting will cover important topics like the schedule for the season, uniforms, and more. If you have not yet attended a parent meeting this season, please make arrangements to attend this meeting.

Blue Polos

Blue polos, a part of the regional choir uniform, will be distributed at sign in to all singers who are registered for the 2015-2016 season. Your singer must be registered to receive a polo.

If you are not sure if you have registered your singer or are having registration issues, please contact the ICC office at 317.940.9640.

Chaperone Training

There will be a chaperone training for interested parents from 10:30 to 11:30 am in Lilly Hall 112.

In order to chaperone at an ICC concert, you must have attended a chaperone training for the current season. After attending three chaperone training sessions, you are exempt from attending additional chaperone training sessions.
