Innovations: School Visits, Events, and Support
The Indianapolis Children’s Choir is here to support you and your goals for your students. We offer flexible, customizable support and programming to meet your needs while bringing the expertise and excitement of the ICC directly to you. We offer support for elementary, middle, and high school classrooms.
- Whole-School or Grade-Level Convocations, “In-School Field Trips”
- Drumming workshops
- Folk dance workshops
- Mixture of all Elementary experiences – singing games, drumming, folk dance & more (for exposure to fun ICC staff or as a modeling experience for a teacher who wants new ideas)
- Individual classes in music room (only one or two, have to be reasonable with staff availability)
- Choir classes (either at MS/HS levels or the extracurricular time at elementary)
- Clinic current pieces
- Mock judging before contest
- When assistance is requested from someone who doesn’t have choral experience, start a piece from scratch for them to see how it can be done
- Teacher’s Choice – specific requests will be considered
- ICC Booth at concerts, festivals, open house nights
- Guest performance by an ICC ensemble/Side-by-side performance during school concerts
- Hold ICC Auditions at your school for your students
- Host a Neighborhood Choir Academy event for your students

Learn More About ICC Choirs and Programs
The Indianapolis Children’s Choir offers programs for children and youth starting from 18 months old through 12th grade.
Every week, young people from all over central Indiana join together as members of the Indianapolis Children’s Choir to pursue their shared love of singing and music! There are many reasons why singers join the ICC, but many join for the fun, friendships, and experiences the ICC offers.
