Friday

• 3 separate flights arrive and groups are transferred to the Westin @ Times Square.
• You will be met by an MCP representative who will assist in checking luggage so you may begin sightseeing.
• Eat lunch on your own in family groups by 1pm
• 1pm Depart Westin Hotel for Empire State Building
• 1:45 View from the top of the Empire State Building
• Depart Empire State Building in Family Groups at your leisure and make your way back to the hotel, stopping to shop, sightsee, and have dinner along the way, be at the hotel for check-in no later than 5pm.
• 5:45 – 9:00 Rehearsal. Please be in your place at 5:45 wearing your gray polo, nice blue jeans, with music, pencil, and water in hand.

Saturday

• Breakfast
• 9:00 am – 1:00 pm Rehearsal – Be in place at least 5 minutes prior to the start wearing your tour shirt, blue jeans and with music, pencil, and water in hand.
• Lunch
• 3:00-5:00 Approximate times Broadway Show
• 6:30-7:30 Group Dinner
• 8:00 Visit Top of the Rock
• 9:30 Back to Times Square for a group photo.

Sunday

• Breakfast
• Morning Rehearsal and Various Sound Checks to be announced.
• Regroup with singers coming in Sunday from Indy.
• Lunch
• 2:00 pm Concert
• 5:00 – 7:00 pm Post-Concert reception at Ripley’s Believe It or Not
• Evening free for sightseeing and shopping in Times Square

Monday Morning

• Groups to various activities including Ellis Island and the Statue of Liberty
• Museum of Natural History
• Metropolitan Museum of Art
• Lunch on your own in family groups
• Various Departure times
• Meet coaches for departure to airport and return to Indianapolis.
