DIRECTING CICC PREPARATORY CHOIR

Jill Friedersdorf is the primary accompanist for the Columbus Indiana Children’s Choir and directs the CICC Preparatory Choir. She also teaches Choir at Columbus Christian School, and is active in accompanying other area choirs, ensembles, and soloists. She was the founder and director of the Columbus area Christian YouTheatre for Middle and High School students. Mrs. Friedersdorf was the Director of Worship Arts at Community Church of Columbus from 2000-2018, where she directed the adult and children’s choirs, musicals, drama productions, summer Music and Drama Camp, and music and multi-media preparation for weekly services in the active 1200-member church. As a composer, she has choral works published with Colla Voce, Hal Leonard, Chorister’s Guild and ECS Publishing Group.
