Dear BV Families,

It’s been a wonderful two weekends of performances and a great rehearsal yesterday. I am very proud of these fine young women and all they have done thus far.

Here are a few important notes for this week:

1. December is a busy month for us, so please plan now to attend the events below. Here is an overview:
   • December 5: Christmas at the Capitol. This event is open to the public and is free for all to attend. Please see the detail sheet for information.
   • December 16 through December 19 (Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday): Angels Sing rehearsal, tv taping and performances. Details with more information will be available for these events soon.
2. Extended Rehearsals: I will be holding an optional extended rehearsal this Sunday from 4:40 to 5:30. I encourage all who are able to attend. This rehearsal counts as a make up for those who attend.
3. Tour Info: The tour payment schedule is on the BV webpage. Please submit your second payment as soon as possible if you have not yet done so. For those interested in chaperoning, please fill out your applications (also online) and submit to Janet Bishop as soon as possible.
4. Passports: Now is the time to apply for needed passports to avoid the backlog in the new year!
5. Fundraisers: Please turn in your Indy FunBooks at the next rehearsal if you have not yet done so.
