A Message from Mrs. Hughley
Dear BV Families,
I am so very proud of your performance Sunday! All the pieces sounded beautiful, but with such a short amount of time to prepare, I am especially proud of the Faure and the Turtle Dove! Brava, ladies!
This is a big week, so please read below for important reminders:
- For those not going to Chicago, you have a mandatory BV rehearsal on Sunday, April 26th from 2pm to 3:30pm at Carmel Lutheran Church, 4850 East Main Street, Carmel, 46033, right around the corner from last Sunday’s concert venue. Mr. Pedde will be leading your rehearsal. Please plan to be there and bring your folders.
- Chicago: Don’t forget your folders, gray polos and purple T shirts, as well as all the other items on your packing list. Plan to arrive no later than 5:15pm on Friday at Butler, and continue to listen to the Faure online. Can’t wait!
- Our next BV rehearsal all together will be Sunday, May 3rd from 1pm to 4pm back in Lilly Hall room 124. All portions of rehearsal are mandatory, so please make arrangements for the time change.
- I will post individual parts online for Being Alive later this week, which we perform for our May 17th concert. Start listening to your parts now!
- IYC Auditions are coming up soon in mid-May. I will post on Facebook the exact date and time later this week for those interested.
- If you love performing songs from musicals, don’t miss your chance to join our Musical Review, Saturday, May 2nd from 1pm to 4pm in Lilly Hall room 120. Just email Amy Hughley to register or to find out more information: [email protected]
Have a wonderful week!
Mrs Hughley
