Dear Bella Voce families,

Thanks to all of you for another great rehearsal last Sunday. It was such fun working with Dr. Townsend, and I myself learned new things about the process of learning gospel style music.

A few reminders for next week:

1. Please continue to come early and be in your seats no later than 1:50. I was so proud to see most of you ready to sing early last week!
2. Please remember to bring pencils and your music to every rehearsal.
3. Your homework is as follows:
   1. Memorize Chispa Candela. Use the recording online as well as your music to really fine tune the Spanish and your individual parts
   2. Study Wade in the Water, especially your part when there is a 4 part divisi
   3. Listen to the recording of City Called Heaven without the music to keep it fresh and memorized
   4. Take some time to look over the Text Sheet and recording of He Reigns, so that we can combine it with IYC and Dr. Townsend this Sunday at 3:15!
4. Solo auditions for Wade in the Water and City Called Heaven are this Sunday, September 28 from 4:30 to 5:00. If you are interested in auditioning, plan to stay until 5 this week.
5. Shoe sizing is this Sunday.
