Dear BV Families,

The girls had a very productive rehearsal on Sunday! We had a lot to accomplish, and they came ready and willing to work hard.

Here are six important notes for this week:

1. Upcoming Events:
   • December 5: Christmas at the Capitol. This event is open to the public and is free for all to attend. Please see the attached detail sheet for information.
   • December 16 through December 19 (Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday): Angels Sing rehearsal, TV taping, and performances. Please refer to the detail sheets posted to the BV calendar online.
2. Auditions and Extended Rehearsals: I will be holding solo auditions during rehearsal breaks on both November 22 and 29. We had 19 girls attend our extended make up rehearsal on Sunday! We read and refined four of our many tutti pieces during that time. I will be holding another optional extended rehearsal this Sunday from 4:40 to 5:30 to refine and learn additional tutti music. I encourage all who are able to attend. This rehearsal counts as a make up.
3. Rehearsal Absences: I realize Thanksgiving holidays are approaching. If you plan to be out of town or have an event planned with your family on either November 22 or November 29, please fill out a pre-arranged absence form and/or notify Mrs. Jarvis so we can excuse the absence. We plan on continuing to refine our many pieces the next two weeks, so please encourage practice time at home.
4. Tour Info: The tour payment schedule is on the BV webpage. For those interested in chaperoning, please fill out your applications (also online) and submit to Janet Bishop as soon as possible.
5. Passports: Now is the time to apply for needed passports to avoid the backlog in the new year!
6. Fundraisers: Please turn in your DiscoverIndy Savings Books as soon as possible.
