Dear BV families,

The girls had another fantastic rehearsal on Sunday! It is going to be a wonderful Sweet Melodies concert. I do need to reiterate the importance of arriving on time to rehearsal, preferably no later than 1:50 to allow time for check in. Every minute of every rehearsal is extremely important, so please try your best to be prompt.

Please note the following:

• Sunday, November 2: Bring a friend to rehearsal! Invite a girlfriend who loves to sing. Guests can serve as audience members for our Sweet Melodies rehearsal, and the can learn new Angels Sing music with us as well.
• Monday, November 3, 6-8 pm – dress rehearsal at Eastern Star Church. I realize it is a Monday evening and that many of you will not be able to attend, but it is well worth your time if you can make it happen.
• Saturday, November 8 at Indiana Design Center – performance for Central Indiana Dance Ensemble. I need as many of you as possible to attend for this performance so that we can utilize it as a final practice for our Sweet Melodies concert the next day.
• Shoes, Dresses and earrings: All have arrived and are in the ICC office. You have the option of picking up during the week (Monday through Thursday, 9 am to 7 pm) or you can pick up on Sunday before rehearsal between 1:30 and 1:45.
