Jillian Corman
INTERIM DIRECTOR

DIRECTING CICC CONCERT CHOIR

Jillian Corman, a native of Columbus, Ohio, is a conductor and educator passionate about building vibrant, collaborative choral communities. She earned her Master of Music in Choral Conducting from Butler University, where she studied with Dr. Eric Stark and served as Conducting Fellow with the Indianapolis Symphonic Choir during the 2024–2025 season. She also worked as Graduate Assistant for Spectra, Butler’s treble ensemble.

Jillian holds a Bachelor of Music in Vocal Music Education from Hope College, where she toured nationally and internationally with the college’s premier choir and studied abroad in Vienna, Austria.

An experienced teacher, Jillian has taught elementary music and middle school choir, including three ensembles that earned Gold ratings at ISSMA in 2023. She maintains a private voice and beginning piano studio in Indianapolis and currently serves as Music Director for the M3 Summer Theater Camp, Interim Director of Concert Choir for the Columbus Indiana Children’s Choir, and Director of Capital City Chorus.
