Dear BV Families,

It’s hard to believe Angels Sing is upon us! It is a very busy week for us all, but it will be well worth it. Here are seven important notes for the week:

• Detail sheets for each day this week are posted on the BV webpage. For Wednesday and Thursday, the call time is 5:30. It is extremely important that the girls arrive early so that we can begin warming up at 5:30, as we have a very tight schedule both days.
• Bellas should come dressed with hair and make up done on all four days, as there are pictures on Wednesday and a TV taping on Thursday.
• Tickets for Saturday night are nearly sold out. Plan to buy your Saturday tickets as soon as possible, as tickets may not be available at the door.
• Girls may bring choir folders and homework on Wednesday and Thursday just in case there is time for studying.
• Mentor/Mentee gift exchange: Mentors will give gifts to mentees, and mentees to mentors on either Wednesday or Saturday. $15 is the total price limit. I still have many mentor/mentee forms that have not been picked up. I will bring them on Wednesday.
• We will prolong our winter clothing drive into January to allow for more donations.
• Requested recordings of tutti music will be posted on the BV webpage as soon as possible for studying at home.
