DESCRIPTION:Join ICC directors for a fun day of singing and learning for children\, beginners welcome! Day of Song is an accessible way for singers in preschool – 8th grade from the community to come together to experience the musical expertise of the ICC. \n\n\nThe ICC’s Community Outreach Through Song directly reflects our vision to bridge across cultures\, ethnicities\, and economic backgrounds to bring choral music to all children. Through this commitment to serving the entire central Indiana community\, the musical excellence of the ICC is available through many outreach initiatives\, including our new Day of Song events! \n\n\n\nAll Day of Song programs and events are held at the ICC Performing Arts Center at 9111 Allisonville Road\, Indianapolis\, IN 46250.\nPrograms will be held from 9:30 am-4:00 pm for children\, registration is required\, see below.\nFree public song demos will be held at 11:30 am and 4:00 pm\, no ticket required.\n\nRegister your Preschooler (18mo-5yrs) to participate in the Preschool Outreach Program from 9:30am-11:00am \nRegister your Kindergartener to participate in the Preschool Outreach Program OR the Young Exceptional Singers program. The Kindergarten Boost Camp has been cancelled\, but we’ll happily welcome your singer for one of these other programs instead! \nRegister your 1st-3rd Grader to participate in the Young Exceptional Singers from 9:00am-12:00pm \nRegister your 4th-8th Grader to participate in the Neighborhood Choir Academy from 1:00pm-4:30pm\, featuring special guest clinician Roger David

DESCRIPTION:Alumni\, friends\, and family are invited to an intimate open-mic night\, a grown-up musical evening from the Indianapolis Children’s Choir. Share your talents or watch your friends perform as the ICC Performing Arts Center will turn into a speakeasy for one night of singing\, fun\, and festivity. \nAttire is dress up\, take inspiration from the cabaret theme\, or come as you are. The vibe will be sophisticated but casual. \nDoors open at 6:30 pm and the event begins at 7:00 pm. \nTICKETS: \n\n$15 general admission ticket (ages 18+)\n$25 VIP ticket\, including two drink tickets (ages 21+)\n\nWHAT’S INCLUDED: \nHors d’oeuvres and non-alcoholic beverages will be provided.
