Location: The retreat is held at Lilly Hall on the campus of Butler University at 4600 Sunset Avenue, Indianapolis, IN 46208. Lilly Hall is the third building on your right upon main entrance, just west of Clowes Hall.

Parking: It is best to park in the parking garage, which is located off of Sunset Avenue just east of Lilly Hall, (just behind Metro Diner). Parking is free for the first hour.
What to wear: Singers can wear casual clothes on Saturday. No uniform is required.
Sign-In: Parents may sign in singers beginning at 8:30 am in room 110 of Lilly Hall. There will be ample signage directing you to the room. After sign in, your child will report to room 120 for the first rehearsal.
Used Uniform Pants Sale: Members of our PA will be in room 110 during sign in. They will have used black Schoolbelles pants for sale. You can also trade in your child’s used pants for a pair that fits.
Snacks and water for singers: Our ICC Parent’s Association is providing snacks and bottled water for each child.
Parent Hospitality: Parents are not required to stay for the retreat, but you are more than welcome to come to room 133 for refreshments from 9 to 10:30 a.m.
Parent meeting: Come meet our Artistic Director Joshua Pedde in room 124 from 9:10 to 9:40 a.m. Ask questions and learn about his vision for the ICC. A review of general information will also be covered, so if you missed the individual parent meetings – this part of the meeting is definitely for you.
Chaperone Training: If you are interested in chaperoning an upcoming ICC event, plan to come to room 133 for chaperone training from 10 to 11 am on Saturday.
Registration: There is no need to register specifically for this retreat, as all choir members are expected to come. Please make certain your child is officially registered for ICC in general prior to Saturday so that your child can receive a polo shirt and an ICC bag.
Dismissal: 12 noon is dismissal, and students will be dismissed from room 120. Parents may wait in the hallway just outside 120 if they plan to stay on campus, or they may pick their child up in the pick up/drop off area at the front of Lilly Hall.
